Are you a Whosoever?
igniting a passion to follow jesus
In Mark 11:23 Jesus said ; “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.”
We at Greater Cary Christian Fellowship invite you to follow these teachings, realizing that in Christ All Things Are Possible. and that even we can be used to do amazing things in these end times.
What We Believe
We believe in the three persons of the trinity- God the Father, Jesus, His son (John 1:1) the Holy Spirit- our counselor. (John 14:16)
We believe that Jesus was the son of God born of a virgin – Mary (Luke; 2:7) and that He willingly laid down His life (He who was without sin) – that all who believe in Him shall not perish but shall have everlasting life (John 3:16) – that He rose again and ascended to the Father leaving behind a comforter in the form of His Holy Spirit as our guide.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit enabling us to speak in unknown tongues, (Acts 2:4) heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, and drive out devils. (Matthew 10:8)
We believe that the Bible is God’s Holy word and that all scripture is God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness. (II Timothy 3:15)
We believe in the five-fold ministry-he gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists and some to be pastors and teachers to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up. (Ephesians 4:11-12)
The Vision of Greater Cary Christian Fellowship is that of a multicultural, non-denominational church body where Jesus is head and where people of varying races and cultures can assemble together to uplift the name of Jesus while being respected and loved as God’s unique gift and creation.
Members are equipped to go make disciples and spread the good news about Jesus Christ and His anticipated second-coming and reign over His people.
This preparation comes through the preaching and teaching of God’s Holy Word. There is also strong emphasis on the need for local church involvement, daily reading & studying of God’s word and an active prayer life in order to strengthen the local church body for God’s preordained works while reaching out to the community, the country, and the world.
To provide church-based community resources such as childcare, elder-care, interim housing, Christian school, wholesome youth activities, international and local mission support to include the prison and homeless, and a rescue mission outreach in order to meet the total needs of all God’s people.
